OUR STORY

Our Founder, Oscar Mendoza, is a proud first-generation American born to immigrant parents Antonio and Virginia Mendoza. Oscar contributes his strong work ethic and values from watching his parents strive for the American dream.


Oscar took advantage of the lessons he learned from his parents and started working in logistics at an early age. After decades of providing logistics solutions, Oscar discovered several systemic industries' disconnects between the management of top-tier client service, timeliness, and efficiency. Our Competitors either slowed down the supply chain process with quality service or trimmed down their customer care in favor of time.


Oscar's goal was to find a balance between where businesses can economically get their product to market yet receive the individualized solution they need and deserve. So with the support of his parents and loving wife & kids, Oscar pulled from his resources and an extensive network of industry contacts to assemble his premiere team and automation software, and help to fulfill any challenges clients have and opened his transportation company United Road Freight which has evolved into one of Illinois leading 3PL companies and within the last decade through positive market disruption and Core Values guiding the way into the future.
